The Stooges take place in an Old West setting and are shown as dishonest gamblers who cheat the citizens of a frontier town. They have been found, so they had to make a hasty retreat into the nearby forest. They put on Indian costumes so that they can avoid being caught by the sheriff. Their scheme is successful up to the point where Curly, posing as a squaw, is coerced into marrying a local bully. After being unmasked, the three stooges are taken to the holding cell.
