Vic Dakin, a vicious East End criminal, has grandiose plans to rob a plastic factory's pay truck. This is a deviation from Dakin's regular method of operation, and the assignment is complicated further by the fact that he will be collaborating with fellow criminal Frank Fletcher's firm. While Dakin schemes, Wolfe maneuvers, and MP Draycott becomes entangled in a web of his own depravity.
