With the Wicked Witch of the West finally defeated in Oz, Tom, Jerry, and Dorothy have returned to Kansas! However, not for long, since a brand-new antagonist has sprung from beneath the wonderful land: the Gnome King! The Gnome King and his army are causing havoc throughout Oz and require just one item to seize control of The Emerald City: Dorothy's ruby shoes! It's up to our favorite cat and mouse pairing to band together, return to Oz, and defend the place they adore. As Dorothy, Toto, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Lion embark on their wondrous trip, take to the skies, compliments of the Wizard.
