It has cause for celebration when Scott and the daughter of Kate Johansen gets in to the college of her fantasies. That is, until Kate and Scott learn that the scholarship they were counting didn't come , and they're currently on the hook. With the aid of their neighbor and friend Frank also needing a major money back they decide to open an illegal casino in his suburban house, devoting everything on a Vegas-style bacchanal where money-flows, inhibitions are checked at the door, and all bets are off.
