The Hard Times of RJ Berger Has Been an American television comedy Show created by David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith for MTV. The show's central character is RJ Berger. Berger's two close friends are Miles Jenner, whose ambitions for fame cause him to battle with Berger, and goth girl Lily Miran, that has been lusting after Berger for decades. Berger's love interest is Jenny Swanson, a cheerleader who is a part of a favorite jock, Max Owens and bully. The series is referred to as being a coming of age story and has been clarified Grahame-Smith and by Katzenberg as a blend of this tv show The Wonder Years along with the film Superbad.
