When Travis and Wendell move to a small town in Nebraska, they think they're going to open a nightclub there. What they don't know is that they've been kidnapped by a KGB agent and flown to the Soviet Union, where they'll serve as "experts" on all things cool in the United States. The town was built just for KGB spies-in-training. It is meant to be a training ground for Soviet agents. What can these two Americans teach the Soviet spies, and will they ever learn that they are not in Nebraska?
