Within this documentary, U.S. prisons are at capacity, and President Nixon declares a state of emergency. Allnew inmates, most of whom are connected into this Anti War movement, are given the option of jail time or spending three days in Punishment Park, by which authorities will hunt for sport them. The prisoners choose the latter option, but learn , between the desert heat and the police officers, their chances of survival are slim.
