In Disney's take on the Alexander Dumas story, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy desire nothing more than to perform brave deeds on behalf of these queen (Minnie Mouse), but they are daunted by the mind Musketeer, Pete. Pete secretly wants to eradicate the queen, therefore he appoints Mickey and his friends as guardians into Minnie, thinking this type of maneuver will ensure the success of his scheme. The score features songs based on familiar ancient melodies.
