Oloture is a film set in Nigeria that tells the narrative of a young, innocent Nigerian journalist who goes undercover to expose the shadowy underworld of human trafficking. In this harsh atmosphere, teeming with vicious traders and pimps, Oloture finds warmth and friendship among the prostitutes she lives with: Blessing, Linda, and Beauty. She, on the other hand, is attracted into their way of life and finds it difficult to cope. In her pursuit of the truth, she pays the ultimate price, one that brings her to the brink of irreversibility.
