David Sloan, the world kickboxing champion, arrives in Rio de Janeiro for an exhibition fight. He and his mentor Xian feel sorry for Brazilian rogue Marcos Coasta, a street urchin who claims to be a guide but routinely steals from tourists for himself and his older sister Isabella. David is taken aback when he witnesses his Argentine opponent Marcelo abusing a polite local sparring partner. Lane, his evil US manager, is to blame for this. He has nefarious plans to force David to cheat, and he operates a white slavery ring.
