K9 is just actually a British/Australian comedy/adventure series emphasizing this robot dog K-9's experiences from the tv series Doctor Who's achieved by mixing computer cartoon and live action. The first episode aired like a preview of this show Halloween 2009 on satellite station Disney XD in Ireland & the UK. By October 2010, the series has started broadcasting in Australia,'' Disney XD in Ireland & the UK. Italy, Poland, scandinavia and Holland and Disney Channel CEE in Bulgaria, Romania, Moldava, Slovakia, Hungary and The Czech Republic. A second show is in evolution and the first season is supposed to be syndicated together with two supported Channel 5 in the UK and Cartoon Network, networks in New Zealand networks have to be announced. In the UK, Channel 5 broadcast the very first season between December 2010 and April 2011. The US cable station Syfy began airing the show 25 December 2012, initially by broadcasting the whole season.
