Rosie, a musician who just graduated from high school, can't shake her boredom in the humid heat of central Florida. Soon, she meets Jules, who is a con artist from New York. She is smitten by his street smarts and easy confidence. On the other side of town, Brandon goes home after a decade in prison, but the scars from his past make it hard for him to adjust to life outside.
