In 2043, a nefarious crime lord (The General/M. Bison) is attempting to take over the planet. The General and his subordinates Kent (Ken), Thai King (Sagat), and Toyota (E. Honda) fly to 1993 to assassinate the government official who stands in his way and plans to send him to prison. During a confrontation with The General's henchmen, the Future Cops Lung (Ryu), Broom Man (Guile), Ti Man (Vega), and Ah-Sing (Dhalsim) learn of their wicked scheme and formulate a plan to return back in time to safeguard the official.
