Black Scorpion is an TV series Which aired in Canada and about the Sci Fi Channel in 2001 on Space in 2002. The series relies on two Roger Corman films, Black Scorpion, and the sequel Black Scorpion II: Aftershock. The series centers on a female police officer, that, through the night, takes to the streets and fights crime because the superhero, the Black Scorpion. The series comprises lots of references. Episode 1.1, 1.3 and 1.8 were united into a 2002 right to video movie named Sting of the Black Scorpion. The series was briefly available on DVD in North America, however the group is currently out of production.
