A group of mysterious villains referred to as'The Alliance' sets a snare for the Taxpayer. They imprison him, torture himand make plans to publicly crucify him. Super-heroes round up, and hatches a plan to save the Taxpayer. The villains period a rally, at which taxpayers come to watch the crucifixion of the Taxpayer. The guy lair is invaded by the personalities, and also a large battle succeeds. Musical numbers and various comedic are intertwined through the entire madness.
