Mafia hit man Tommy Spinelli (Joe Pesci) is flying to San Diego with a tote which holds eight jumbo heads, which he's bringing to his own superiors to establish that some annoying rival mobsters are permanently out of the picture. Tommy must track his duffel bag down when his luggage becomes accidentally switched at the airport and also the 8 heads it comprises.
